I would go for business plan pro software.Business Plan Pro used to come with a money back guarantee. It's an ok tool to start your business plan. However, as someone else noted, no BP is cookie cutter. There's really no way to avoid creating spreadsheets that contain much more detailed information than could ever be included in software.

I totally agree with Dacy. Spreadsheets are the necessary evil that is needed to maintain your business.
For the survey, however, I would have used http://www.surveyprof.com instead of Survey Monkey. SurveyProf is 100% free, while it offers the same services.

I totally agree business plan pro used to come with a money back guarantee.There's really no way to avoid creating spreadsheets that contain much more detailed information than could ever be included in software.I use literal software for article and novel writing software...
