Any way you could add a transcript, subtitles or captions for those of us who are hearing impaired but would love to hear your tips? After all, we buy cars, too. We could lipread the speaker if he was standing in a lighted spot, but he is not...so hopefully you can enlighten those of us whose ears don't work on what's being said.

I bought a 2007 vehicle 12,000 miles ago.
I don't want it anymore but still owe on the loan I used to purchase it.
What is the best way to sell the thing without being hurt by the loan, or fucking over the potential buyer?
